OUR MISSION & GOALS

The Chief Guitar Foundation was formed by Jeff Cleavenger of Freedom Coatings, LLC to honor his friend and two-war veteran Robert Wise, Jr. Our goal is to assist the courageous men and women who have served in America’s armed forces. Our priority initiative is to ensure that veterans wounded in combat receive mobilized, all-terrain wheelchairs.

WHAT WE DO & WHO WE SERVE

Chief Guitar Foundation provides power wheelchairs to disabled veterans needing mobility. It doesn’t matter when they served. It just matters that the men and women who are in need served in the military. There is no cost to the veterans.

While the majority of service members transition back to civilian life without any problems, some encounter persistent traumas that affect a myriad of issues including wellness, education, and employment challenges for many veterans and families. We want to help these brave men and women who served our country.

OUR FOUNDER - JEFF CLEAVENGER

Our troops have protected us and defended our national security repeatedly and consistently, and they deserve our gratitude. As the founder of Chief Guitar Foundation this is my personal and solemn obligation. I invite you to join us in raising funds to help our veterans in need.

In 1999, I designed my first custom, hand-made theme guitar as a way to honor the greatest all-time rock band AC/DC.

Since then, I have built these one-of-a-kind guitars to raise funds for a variety of projects. Now, I am solely focused on raising funds for our veterans by building theme Harley Davidson bikes and one-of-a-kind guitars.

Thank you,
Jeff Cleavenger

CHIEF GUITAR AMBASSADOR
ROBERT WISE, JR. (Two-War Veteran)

To our men and women in uniform - past and present -thank you.

I am so proud of each and everyone for your sacrifice you made to protect all of us living here in the United States.

Now, it's our turn to help you. That's why I am humbled to serve as the Ambassador for Chief Guitar Foundation. My dear friend, Jeff Cleavenger created this foundation to help vets get the help they deserve. Our first project is to give wounded warriors the independence and freedom they deserve. CFG provides critically-wounded veterans with access to modern, mobilized wheelchairs that provide a range in functionality to fit all your needs.

For donations, please give generously right here on the site or send to Chief Guitar Foundation.

Thank you,
Robert Wise, Jr.
